nerd knits

Hello, lovely people.  Isn’t it a lovely day?  I’ve done some lovely knitting, and some lovely spinning, and took a lovely bike ride, and had a lovely salad (with walnuts and bleu cheese) for dinner, prepared by my lovely husband.  I snuggled with my lovely cats, read many lovely blogs, looked through some lovely Sock Summit pictures, and after I finish this lovely blog post, I think I’m going to have a lovely time playing The Sims and knitting some more on the lovely socks that I’m making for my lovely friend.  Isn’t that lovely?

(See?  This is what relief does to me.  It sucks my natural pessimism right out of me and replaces it with sunshine and perkiness.  Disgusting, isn’t it?  Cookie’s going to have to come by and put me down like a rabid dog, or something.)

I have a lovely weekend of Not Much Planned stretching out ahead of me, and with luck I’ll get a lot of lovely knitting done.  My mind and fingers are practically buzzing with all the lovely yarn and lovely patterns that I keep thinking about, and hope to have a chance to bring some of that loveliness into reality.

(Seriously.  Someone smack me.  This is unnatural.)
